About Dan Ervin
Over the past two decades, Dan Ervin has introduced thousands of sales professionals to new technology and innovative selling techniques. Dan’s journey began as an entrepreneur; a harrowing experience of starting and building an under-funded, family-owned company that culminated in a sale to the fifth largest bank in the world.
In 2009, Dan partnered with some of his former colleagues to build a new mortgage company. Starting a new mortgage company in the midst of the “mortgage meltdown” was a brave move, but over the next decade, that company grew from just a small group of friends to an organization of over 1,000 people competing — and winning — in the national mortgage space.​
Dan has worked with sales organizations all over the country speaking about the critical factors of differentiation, adapting to rapid change, and focusing on what we all control. In the midst of mind-boggling change, Dan helps salespeople adapt by being really good at the parts of the business—and life—that should never change. ​
